What this meetup is NOT: It’s not a course, nor individualized ADHD coaching. In-depth information on how to use a planner is covered in my course Daily Planning: How to Use a Planner for ADHD Moms, which you can bundle with this meetup for a sweet deal when you hit Checkout. For individualized support, please consider adding group or one-on-one coaching.

"It has been nothing short of amazing to realize other moms are struggling with the exact same things."

- Dominique
Entrepreneur, and mom of 2: ages 4 & 6

"This has seriously changed my life and little by little I am understanding how I can get more control and ability."

- Jessica
Work-from-home mom of 2 ages: 4 & 8

"Thank you for leading such an amazing initiative! The weekly support meeting is giving me so much life!"

- Agnes

"I learned that I'm not the only mom that has difficulties with mom life, and I don't have to feel like a bad person/mom for struggling. That has taken a HUGE load off of my soul. Every time I log on to a support meeting, I see the beautifully imperfect humanity in each of the other ADHD moms, in their struggles and triumphs, and it helps me remember that I am also beautifully imperfect. I deeply cherish the feeling of connection I get with this community you created, Patricia, and this feeling helps me to remember to cherish myself."

- Charity
Musician, and mom of 11-year-old twins
