AKA: How to organize your brain when you have lots to do
These PDF planners provide a starting point to organize your week, so that you can see (and remember) everything in one place and get it done. 

There are two PDF options:

1) Weekly Schedule Blank Planner: an overview of your week divided by time chunks across the top (Morning, Mid-day, Afternoon, and Evening) and on the left-hand side, rows labeled by day (Monday-Sunday). It includes a column for notable events & meals, 1 column as an extra flex space, and a Brain Dump column, as well as a space at the bottom to capture next week's to-dos. The week view takes up 2 pages stacked vertically. I've used this setup to plan my week for over 5 years.

2) Foundational Schedule Blank Planner: a snapshot of your week divided by days across the top (Monday-Sunday), and 30 minute increments down the left-hand side from midnight to midnight. I use this setup to plan out my Foundational Schedule (creatively named, i know) so that I know what are the non-negotiables that must happen in my week. That leaves me with defined blocks in between, where I can be flexible and make the week interesting... those blocks translate to the blocks in the Weekly Schedule. (See what I did there?) The week view takes up 2 pages stacked vertically.
